This hands-on class will give you the opportunity to prepare three different salsas that spice up even the simplest of dishes. The class will be lead chef Julia Olivia and you will learn how to make fresh salsa from ingredients grown here on our farm. These quick make-ahead salsas are great for appetizers, entrees and the perfect healthy snack. We will also demonstrate how to make fresh tortilla chips.
